Hello! Hello! My name is Gaotruezong, but please call me Gao for short. Pronounce "Gow". My full name means beautiful legend. I'm Hmong and I'm one of 7 kids in my family. I come from a diverse family with 10 different nationalities.
I love helping and impacting lives. I truly enjoy being there for others because I wholeheartedly care. I've always believe that we really never know what one person is going through in their lives. It only takes one person to make a difference and save someone's life. I love inspiring and helping others see the potential I see in them. It fuels my soul to help others live and be their true authentic self.
My passion for helping others started when I was 7 yrs old when my parents got a divorce and my father left. For a long time, I blamed myself, didn't feel good enough, felt lost, always seeking validation from others, didn't love myself and never put myself first. Through years of self deveolpment work with my own coaches I realized my Dad leaving was a blessing and the best thing that ever happened for me. This event changed my life. I became a coach because I never want anyone to ever feel alone because we all worthy of love and have a greater purpose.
My purpose is to help people build their confidence, self love, & make theirselves a DAMN priority, so they can feel freaken amazing & achieve their goals. I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by helping them set goals, hold them accountable, shift their mindset, be their number one cheerleader, pick them up when they are feeling down, call them out on their bullshit, and help them get to their highest potential by creating a custom program for each client. Each client means the world to me and I will never stop showing up for them as long as they don't stop showing up for themselves. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you.
I believe in constant growth, and having mentors who inspire you through your journey.
